​OUR VINYL SHOWER CURTAINS HAVE TWO DIFFERENT STYLE HEADING FINISHES.  BOTH ARE REINFORCED WITH 10 GAUGE HEADER TAPE.  AS YOU SEE TO THE LEFT, WE HAVE AN ELECTRONIC FINISH AND AN ULTRA SOUND SEAL, BOTH VERY DURABLE WAYS OF REINFORCING THE HEADING.  WE PREFER NO STITCHING WITH THREADS THROUGH THE VINYL MATERIAL TO PREVENT PERFORATION.  WE INSTITUTE THE SAME SIZE GROMMETS IN ALL OUR VINYLS IN THE SIZE OF 3/8" INSIDE DIAMETER.  OUR GROMMETS ARE ALUMINUM ANODIZED METAL GROMMETS.  THEY WILL NOT RUST, WE HAVE PROVEN QUALITY OF SERVICE FOR OVER 40 YEARS.
THERE ARE SEVERAL HEADING OPTIONS AVAILABLE, THESE ARE ALL MADE TO ORDER AND IN MOST CASES NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. THESE CONSTRUCTIONS ARE BUILT IN HOUSE OR IF A PROGRAM IS OF LARGE VOLUME MAYBE IMPORTED FINISHED.  
  • TOP VIEW - THIS WOULD BE A VINYL POLISHED CLEAR SEE-THRU WINDOW PLACED AT THE TOP PORTION OF THE CURTAIN TO ALLOW LIGHTING INTO THE BATH TUB.  THIS SIZE OF THE TOP VIEW WINDOW IS OPTIONAL AND CAN BE SPECIFIED BY THE BUYER. (WE ALSO PROVIDE TOP AND BOTTOM VIEW STYLE)
  • SNAP AWAY HEADER - INSTEAD OF THE STANDARD HEADING WITH METAL GROMMETS, WE HAVE AVAILABLE SNAP AWAY LOOPS THAT WRAP AROUND THE BAR AND SNAP.  THE LOOPS ARE SPACED EVENLY ACROSS THE HEADING.  THIS ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR SHOWER CURTAIN HOOKS.
  • VELCRO LOOPS, VERY SIMILAR TO OUR SNAP AWAY HEADER, INSTEAD OF THE SNAPS ON THE LOOPS WE PROVIDE VELCRO ON THE END OF THEM. 
  • VELCRO STRIP OR SNAP OVER HEADING, WE STITCH VELCRO ACROSS THE ENTIRE HEADING AND THEN HAVE IT FLIP OVER THE BAR TO ATTACH THE OTHER END ONTO THE CURTAIN.
  • VELCRO HEADING STRIP - WE STITCH ONE SIDE OF OUR ADHESIVE VELCRO TO THE HEADING AND THEN WE SEND THE OTHER SIDE LOOSE TO BE USED TO ATTACHED TO A WALL OR CERTAIN CUSTOM BARS.

VINYL BOTTOM OPTIONS

COMMON BOTTOM REQUESTS ARE ADDITIONAL MAGNETS TO BE PLACED NEAR THE BOTTOM HEM.  OUR MAGNETS ARE SEALED ELECTRONICALLY INSIDE OF A POCKET TO SECURE THEM AND NOT ALLOW ANY WATER TO ENTER.  OUR MAGNETS ARE VERY DURABLE.  WE CAN PLACE SQUARE WEIGHTS INSIDE THE POCKET IF PREFERRED, UPON REQUEST. 

WE HAVE NOT BOTTOM OR SIZE HEMS, SO NO SOAP SCUM WILL GET TRAPPED TO CAUSE MILDEW ISSUES.
